Job requirements

1.Doctoral degree with relevant professional backgrounds in polymer,materials,mechanics,mechanics,chemistry,etc;
2.Priority will be given to those who have engaged in research in the fields of polymer materials,functional polymers,biomaterials,3D printing,soft material and structural mechanics design,active substances,micro/nano optics,etc;
3.Strong hands-on ability,with good English listening,speaking,reading and writing skills;
4.Diligent and down-to-earth in work,with a spirit of teamwork;
5.The age should not exceed 35 years old,and the doctoral degree should not exceed 3 years.

Job benefits

1.The annual salary of a postdoctoral fellow is 335000 yuan,including a Guangdong Province subsidy of 150000 yuan(before tax)and a Shenzhen City living allowance of 60000 yuan(after tax).Other employee benefits are distributed according to the school's standards.
2.According to the specific scientific research performance of postdoctoral fellows,they can enjoy corresponding scientific research performance rewards from their respective departments and research groups.
3.Postdoctoral candidates who choose to stay in Shenzhen for scientific research work and have signed a labor(employment)contract with enterprises and institutions in this city for more than 3 years can apply for research funding from Shenzhen.The Shenzhen Municipal Government provides a research subsidy of 100000 yuan per 40000 people per year for a total of 3 years.
5.Based on the conditions that you meet,you can apply for the"Shenzhen Peacock Program C-Class Talents"or"Shenzhen Reserve Level Talents"after staying as a doctoral fellow at or after leaving the station,and enjoy a 5-year reward allowance of 1.6 million yuan(tax exempt)(subject to the latest relevant talent application requirements in Shenzhen).
